I took my HQ Sixteen longarm for tune up and cleaning on July 30. Martín explained because of the long weekend it would be up to 1 1/2 weeks. I picked it up Aug 5. Extremely pleased with the highly efficient service and the friendliness of Martín and Jena. I just purchased a Juki TL 18QVP. Jena was great about showing me all the features and of course Martin sewed through several layers of denim to show the power of this machine. I brought my Baby Lock embroidery machine in for servicing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff took the time to clearly explain what would be done and made sure I was fully informed before leaving my machine. When I came to pick it up, they went over everything they had fixed and serviced, taking the time to ensure I understood it all. Everyone was incredibly pleasant and friendly. They even helped me carry the machine to my vehicle, which I really appreciated. On top of that, they took the time to educate me on a few helpful things I hadn’t known before. His knowledge on various machines and ability to trouble shoot is genius. He has repaired and maintained my Husqvarna with success . I appreciate his integrity. When buying a machine he make sure your buying what you need and knows the specifications on each machine . Long arm machines can be very finicky. Martin was professional, meticulous & dedicated. He listened to my problems of stitching & even the pressure I was having for this project. He explained & taught so much about the operation of the machine & the thread choices. When the machine left the shop , it was working well. Martin encouraged me to call if I had further problems. When those existed once the machine was on the frame, he offered to make a house call. My machine was repaired quickly. It is stitching like a dream.
