I am THRILLED with the quality of customer service and sewing machine repairs from Sewing Arts Centre. Martin did a fabulous job fixing the tension and timing as well as greasing the gears, oiling other moving parts and replacing the needle take-up mechanism (which had thread wrapped around it—oof!). All of this was done within one week. Super fast! Martin and Jena are friendly, personable, and I highly recommend Sewing Arts Centre for sewing machine repairs. As a side note, if my Pfaff Creative 7560 decides to die in the future, I will not hesitate to purchase a new sewing machine (Juki or otherwise because I am open to other brands) from this store because the prices are incredibly competitive.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had 3 sewing machines never serviced before (one machine over 30 years no servicing, one machine my own, one machine was thrown away by a family member they thought it was not worth fixing) I took all three in to sewing arts, the service was wonderful service was fast. The staff are great, friendly and knowledgeable. Martin worked wonders and got all three machines running great, even the machine I thought was hopeless to fix. Excellent services. Reasonable cost to fix all three. I highly recommend Sewing arts for all your sewing needs, repairs, supplies, they even sell new machines. The technician was able to repair a part, instead of immediately opting to replace it. Colour me impressed. They went over the work done with me, and offered advice specific to my machine.
