This is the best sewing shop in Red Deer. Martin has been servicing our High School sewing machines for over a decade. He is extremely knowledgeable, precise in his work and very reliable. Recently I took my sewing machine to a repair shop and was told it wouldn't be ready for 2½ weeks. Two and a half weeks is too long to be without a sewing machine! The next morning I called the Sewing Arts Center which is almost twice as far away. Yes I could bring it in and because I was from farther away, if I wanted to wait they would do it immediately and I could take it home the same day and save a trip. I retrieved it from where I had taken it, and the next day drove it to the Sewing Arts Center. Martin and his receptionist were very friendly and accommodating. He took it to the back to begin work. I got a call in the afternoon saying I could pick it up. I highly recommend the Sewing Arts Center if you need any sewing machine repair done.
